Anderson's Tire Shop

Went to change my tires and they broke my tire sensor and then lied about it. Said they didn’t know what happened and it was already broken beforehand. I walked and found it on the ground and they said there is nothing they can do. Wasn’t reimbursed or anything. Do not recommend.

Today I called to make sure this shop was open because yesterday they were out of town when I called so I said I’ll call back today! my husband and I have used this shop many times and the girl answering the phones was beyond rude from the moment she answered I needed two 235 40 R16s without even taking time to check she just said nope we ain’t got that and hung up on me my husband called back she hung up on him too we will be taking our services else were from now on. My husband also used this shop for his recalibrations I’m very disappointed in the service I received today the way she talked to me was so untasteful.

They tried to help me but due to my odd tire size and the time couldn’t get a tire but they were great people and tried very hard to help. Recommend to anyone!

Worst tire shop I've ever been to. I had an emergency and needed a tire. I fell like I was taken advantage of in the situation. The tire was 67 with tax. Expensive for a used tire but the mess up part of my experience there was the tire was very worn lowest of the low quality. Dude Andrew his name told me to come back later in the week and he'll put a better replacement tire on. I went back and they didn't have a tire. I ended up going to 11th Street and Broadway to get a tire because the tire I tell you was trash and the tire place on 11th Street agreed. The tire there was 40 and the quality of the tire was great.... I will never even in a emergency again go to Anderson's and anyone reading this i would advise not to either.

Owner said that he had a set of tires to sell me, but didn't say that it was mismatched. Still bought a pair as I needed service on Sunday. The kids working the shop were friendly enough, but the place was a total dump. No proper water pool available to check fer tire leaks. Sent me outta shop area fer 'insurance reasons' in spite of a totally cluttered garage and kids n girls hanging out. The office/bedroom area that I was asked to wait was filthy and unkempt. Maybe instead of the kids hanging around they might clean up the place enough to look like a legitimate business. Kids working there were likable, but I was there fer business. In the end, I replaced two tires but got a new leaky tire to replace an original leaky tire, and they don't stand behind their work. My truck has a new shutter as well - from poorly balance tires? Who knows. Out the door, sales final!!! Will be getting tire repaired elsewhere if I cant find the leak n repair it myself first/ Kinda stuck - thanks, guys.
